All new - Ali's top fives

It seems like my blogger content has become a bit predictable, so here is something new. I'm going to try and compile top fives for various things I think about. I was going to do top tens, but I think top fives require one to be a bit more choosy and avoiding padding out with things of little importance.
To start with, I provide you with the top five great things that I miss about the USA.

5. Diners and restaurants that bring you glasses of water when you sit down.
4. Sandwiches with more filling than bread.
3. Toilets that flush with an almost frighteningly vigarous swirl, like in Scully.
2. Burgers made from good meat and people asking how you want them done.
